Worship teams are introduced to a series of insights covering spiritual and musical-professional formation. Other studies include the following: healthy team relationships and working together as a unit, effective rehearsing and service building techniques, "hands-on" music instruction and coaching. Worship teams will implement skills by designing a mock worship service to test the learned material in their own settings..
