1. Weekend Workshops: Music Training, Resources and Spiritual Encouragement. Weekend Workshops cover 5 sessions in a 2 day clinic. The first four are: Spiritual Formation, Professional Development, Technical Approaches and Mechanics. The fifth session will be a Mock Worship Service, where clinic attendees will have the opportunity to demonstrate what they’ve learned during the workshop sessions. All clinics and participants are provided with a free copy of the clinic study guide-book:  "The Art Of Building A Frame."

  • Conduct an evening and one full day of sessions and workshops.
  • Implement studies of worship theology and the various roles in building community.
  • Instruct sessions in music theory and instrumental and vocal techniques.
  • Introduce coaching sessions on the power of team and instill effective rehearsing skills.
  • Facilitate a forum of hands-on training for musicians, singers and worship leaders.
  • Present music teams with practical and innovative software tools and music resources.
  • Direct teams in a wrap-up mock service; conclude workshop to evaluate and define goals.
  • Summary of Sessions, Emphasis Areas, Take-Aways.

2. Local Worship Leading Supply: Guest Worship Leading is available for local churches that are in need of music assistance as well as supply for ministries in transition - between worship staff.

  • Music/Worship supply for weekend or Sunday services.
  • Rehearse and work with volunteer worship teams.
  • Coordinate with Pastoral Staff in the planning of worship/music.
  • Provide music/worship teams with educational resources and material.

3. Consulting/Assistance: Locating Well-Qualified Music Ministers and Worship Leaders is essential to nurture and to facilitate the worship life of the congregation. Let Worship Team Training assist you in the search of your next leader. We have an extensive resource and partnership with a national network in locating worship leaders. Our desire is to help guide your local church in making the right decision for supplying staff that God is calling to your congregation.

  • Work closely with Senior Pastor, Committee and Association to understand your church and ministry staff needs.
  • Conduct a profile staff position assessment with the Senior Pastor and Committee Personel.
  • Help qualify, screen and match the mission, vision and core vales of your church community to the selected candidates.
  • Execute a specific search through ministry networks for locating prospectives.
  • Provide internet distribution of position hire through WTT website and partners.
  • Interface candidates to the Senior Pastor and supply administrate updates.
