Worship Ministry Virtual Coaching is available online for local churches that are in need of music assistance for their worship leadership staff and team. We conduct one-on-one video consultations for those who prefer the personal and unique attention to worship ministry details.

Like having someone to help shoulder the road of ministry with you, Virtual Coaching is a constructive one-on-one resource to help you stay sharp, on point and on call towards God’s vision of your ministry. We conduct one-on-one phone/video consultations for those who prefer the personalized attention to ministry details.

Scope:
  • Serve as One-on-One Ministry Mentor for personal 1 hour / weekly sessions
  • Guidance for new and established leaders through the bumps and barriers of ministry
  • Encourage to grow in specified skill-sets, while harnessing positive results
  • Supply Biblical tools and resources to strengthen your ministry's leadership
  • Implement a constructive path for short and long-range planning (personal & ministry)

Emphasis:
  • Provide weekly one-on-one online and phone/video conferencing sessions
  • Overview and create a profile assessment to identify and understand specific needs
  • Mentoring sessions to verbally walk-through ministry challenges and perspectives
  • Introduce training material for spiritual, personal and professional development: ministry formation, inventory and operational organization to create logistic strategies
  • Assign designated readings, books, Scripture study and research
  • Facilitate coaching on worship leading aspects and team direction
  • Help guide the developmental process to achieve conquest and ministry triumphs
