Q: How do you tailor your workshops to local churches?
A: Making time to listen, assess and determine the right need for the right time by your worship leader, pastor and/or team leaders.
Q: Are your workshops and online materials strictly for one set of persons or members?
A: All our material is essential and targeted for musicians, singers, worship leaders, pastors and a/v tech teams.
Q: What kinds of help do you provide for worship leaders?
A: To encourage and coach leaders in developing a greater sense of confidence and biblical awareness in leading congregational worship, as well as providing mechanical assistance for leading singers and musicians.
Q: How can you help band members?
A: We introduce aspects in mechanical instrument studies, playing as a team, employing dynamics, textures and interdependent styles. We use our Worship Team Training book (singers included) that covers notation, songs and helpful guides to make your playing as a team fun and enjoyable.
Q: How can you help singers and choirs?
A: We introduce comfortable and easy techniques to enhance vocal capabilities in control, tone, balance and endurance. We emphasize the use of speech-level singing, which many people find to be very approachable according to their church music style. We employ a wide range of applications to help your singers maintain their true sound that is identifiable to their congregations.

Objective Results for Music/Worship Ministries: (The Technical Jargon)
i. Substantiate the vision and values to implement a dedicated partnership between volunteers, worship leader, and the pastoral staff.
ii. Encourage and strengthen the sense of biblical worship and effective team work to inspire and help the congregation worship. Empower the new and younger creative artists.
iii. Employ and nurture the learned music techniques, styles, theory and applications within the worship ministry, while fostering healthy practices and relationships as a team.
iv. Lead with greater confidence and purpose, and develop a strategy for embracing the musical arts as a tool for communication.
v. Worship Teams will learn to assess their own ministry and determine strategic steps to develop further growth and a proactive approach in strengthening weaknesses.
vi. Successfully identify and implement five concrete “doable” ideas that will enable the worship team and congregation to experience dynamic, authentic worship.
vii. Worship Teams will learn to design an integrated, thematic worship service that captivates the “curious” and spurs on the maturing believer.
viii. Worship Teams will increase in aptitude and the capacity to grow in their craft. The professional and spiritual development of the team will benefit church-wide ministry.
