| Branon Dempsey is the CEO and Founder of Worship Team Training: a
ministry providing workshops and online resources for local worship
ministries. A Worship Leader, Clinician, Author and Songwriter in
Cypress, TX, Branon is called to lead worship teams, leaders and
artists in becoming authentic leaders of worship and followers of Jesus
Christ. Branon Dempsey responded to God's call to ministry in 1993 to help connect people to Christ through worship ministry. God led Branon to establish For His Music (2002) and Worship Team Training (2004), through the support of great friends, partners and churches. The purpose of Worship Team Training is to inspire, nurture and encourage effective worship leading team skills, while fostering healthy relationships through the power team synergy for the call of honoring God while serving His Church. Today WTT is committed to grow along-side of churches and worship teams, as we seek to understand ministry needs of people, while providing them with practical solutions for real-life applications. Branon Dempsey has led worship ministries for 18 years and is fervently passionate to help people see themselves as child-like worshippers of God, see their potential in catapulting their ministries, skills and dreams, and to help others see the relational lasting effects of loving individuals into the Kingdom of God. Branon holds a BM in Music Performance and Composition and an MDiv with an emphasis in Worship Leading and Theology, and has been formally trained by Maranatha! Music and mentored by worship leader artists of Integrity Music. The vision of Worship Team Training is for worship teams to become authentic leaders of worship and in so doing, to deepen their relationship in following Jesus Christ. - Eph. 4:12 Branon is also Editor-at-Large and a Music Producer/Artist for PraiseCharts and PraiseCharts Live.
